I want to change the headings

to something that means more and (imho) follows a more progressive scale

for example

Short of hacking the php is there a way to do this? It strikes me this should be a value map but I cant seem to see it if it is?

Hi!
For priority definition of the trigger is used field "priority" in the table "triggers". There are stored integer values from 0 (Not classified) to 5 (Disaster). Definition of this priorities is somewhere in the frontend files, you need to search it on your own.

You can have custom severity names, but manual translation is required.
