    Not too sure about this one, but you can try

    1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.500.9002.1.2.{peerIP}.0
    1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.500.9002.1.3.{peerIP}.0
    1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.500.9002.1.4.{peerIP}.0

    returned values:
    3 = active
    4 = destroy
    129 = idle
    130 = phase1
    131 = down
    132 = init
    Disclaimer: All of the above is pure speculation.

      SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2620.500.9002.1.2.194.98.7.98.0 = STRING: "FW"

      # snmpwalk -v 2c -c host 192.168.1.3 1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.500.9002.1.3
      SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2620.500.9002.1.3.194.98.7.98.0 = INTEGER: 3

      # snmpwalk -v 2c -c host 192.168.1.3 1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.500.9002.1.4
      SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2620.500.9002.1.4.194.98.7.98.0 = STRING: "VPN_SERVICES"

        I don't use Checkpoint so I really can't say for sure, but my guess is that the name of the tunnel is either FW or VPN_SERVICES, and the status is Active (3).
