How to monitor CPU & Memory usage of Single Process in Windows

Hi

I am a newbie to zabbix so please excuse if this is a very basic question.

I have setup a zabbix server on a machine (ubuntu) and installed an agent on another (windows 2003). I want to monitor cpu & memory usage of single process (say lsass.exe) running on windows machine. How can I create an item to do that?

I tried proc.mem[lsass.exe,,] and proc.mem[lsass.exe] but it didn't work. Please help.
