is it possible to resend an alert if it is not acknowledged within 10 minutes, there does not seem to be a trigger age in the action conditions option when configuring a new action.
You should set 'Enable Escalations' when setting your Action,
configure Period (seconds): 600 (for a 10min step interval)
then on your second step you can add,
'New Operation condition': Event Acknowledged= 'Not Ack'
