    Exclude maintenance time from IT Service SLA calculation.


    when we calculate the SLA , the maintenance time seems can not be deducted .

    e.g. On everynight , we will stop the application for the backup one server by another , this will normally takes several hours . However this dailly maintenance time is calculated as the downtime for SLA which is badlly influence the SLA value.

    Does someone know how to exclude the maintenance time from the SLA calculation
