1.8.7, Perfmon counters display graphs as percentages

Hi,
I am using 1.8.7 and have the agent running on 2 windows 2008 servers.
I can create the performance counters within Zabbix and they monitor correctly, but they do not display the counters as a percentage.
The one I am working with to try and get to grips with this is:
perf_counter[\Processor(0)\% Processor Time]
I have attached a pdf with the graph output and a screen shoot of my configuration.
This is probably me being a nit, but it is driving me mad as I know how good Zabbix is as I used it at my previous company and want to get it here, but there is a lot more Windows here!!

Ensures that the Type of information is set to Numeric (float) and % for Units.

Thanks, also set "Store Value" to "as is".
