SSH disk checks (agentless checks)

Good Day everyone!!!

I've been asked to implement some system that will monitor disk usage of servers (about 30-40 unix, linux and few windows based) and will have flexible notification system.

I've intalled
Zabbix Server v1.8.11 (revision 26205) (20 March 2012)
Compilation time: Apr 10 2012 20:50:08
on ununtu 12.04

I'm new to zabbix, monitoring systems, unix linux in general.
Googling, forum searchs didn't really help.

ssh checks

the part with passwordless ssh login is not a problem.

(even though i've read the same in my language) I don't understand what should i do to set up zabbix ssh check i'd like to monitor disks, cpu, network interface and some processes (ex java)

Can anyone explain me in "open there/press there/type this/be happy style" or point to some topic about ssh checks in zabbix.

I am new to zabbix and have to monitor cpu, memory and disk utilization with SSH (Without Zabbix agent). Can you please help me on this? It would be better if you can share script / template that you have ceated.
