Notification via digital output

Hi,

We would like to send the notification as a summary signal via electric 24 V signal (via PCI express digital I/O-card). Email or SMS is not useful for our needs.

Does anyone know if there exists a plugin or an example of how to do this ?
Is it even possible ?

One way is to run a local or remote command/script in your action, witch control your digital I/O-card.
Something like this:
