Agent- send data only if something goes wrong

Hi all,

I got the following construct running:

Zabbix Server ---> Agents active

The agents are sending back data in the configured intervall. Is it possible, to let them only send data to the zabbix server if they match a trigger? (Do the agents know about their triggers?)

And if this is possible, can we also send the performance data for graphs after a custom intervall bundled, e.g. every 10 minutes, or is this completly generated from zabbix?

Only the Zabbix server knows about triggers. The agents know nothing about them.
