Hello All,
I have installed zabbix agent in couple of linux and mac machines ( for mac i referred this link).
Once i added Discovery under Configurations -> Discovery, with zabbix agent ( system.uname) as the monitoring point ( also added ssh, ping) , i am able to see almost all the machine with ip address in the added subnet. But when i tried to click on those, nothing happens. It shows me 3 columns ( under Dashboard -> Discovery) SSH, Ping, Zabbix Agent, with Green and Red patches. Guess its just listing the systems in the subnet.
I am also able to add manually 2-3 systems under Configurations -> Add Host, with manually Items added, its displaying under Dashboard -> Latest Data with systems names (hostnames/display names) one by one with cpu load etc.
My question is, can't have some kind of configuration setup to add host automatically on that subnet if zabbix agent installed ?
