abbix Aknowledgment and Multiple Evet

Hi guys,

I searched the Net and this forum but found nothing on what I need.

I'm trying to put Multiple Event on some Triggers, once fixed the Trigger stop sending alerts. But I'm searching a way to Stop those alerts even if the Trigger value is PROBLEM.

I thought about the Aknowledgement, to stop sending alerts on the specific Trigger, but seems not possible.

Do you have any advice ? Is there someone else who tried to do something similar ?

Seems that in the Action for Triggers, in the Operation Section you can put the value "Operation condition" Event Acknowledge = Not Ack.

So it should do what I need. I thought I had to put that in the Action Condition Section.

Hi all, it doesn't work.

I red the post https://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18636 seems i'm not the only one who seek this behavior. (Stopping alerts for Acknowledged Trigger for the Multiple Event Triggers)

So where can I had this condition to prevent alerts to be sent if acknowledged ?
