Solaris ZFS monitoring using Zabbix

Hi,

I have got a query regarding monitoring a ZFSpool in a Solaris 10.

server os:

I've some zfspool drives which i need to monitor using the zabbix agent.

Since I am a novice, I would like some one to support me with this asap and it will be really very thankful.
