Business Intelligence with Zabbix

Hello, good afternoon!

I am building a Business Intelligence environment. This environment will show dashboards and scorecards that relate availability information with user satisfaction and financial resources invested in the environment.
Currently, I need information about availability of the host. In which table I find how long the host / service was unavailable?

The version I use is the Zabbbix 2.0.4. It runs with MySQL

Supposed host availability is represented by a proper trigger you could evaluate corresponding events to calculate duration of availability.
Instead of querying the database directly I suggest to use the Zabbix API
