Help with notifications and inventory auto completion

Hello fellow forumers,

First of all i want to say that im a newbie with zabbix.

Managed to have the server running, configured some hosts merely for test. Configured something easy like more than 0 user connected to the host to make it an problem in order to test the notifications (almost exclusively the reason why i have installed zabbix) and happened that i received the mail with the problem once and then no more.

I have created more hosts and more items to monitor with different triggers, i get the errors in the zabbix webpage but i get no notifications.

The other problem im having is that the auto completion of the inventory does not work with any of the hosts im monitoring.

I have the server installed in a VM using oVirt 3.2 with Centos 6.4 and im monitoring a Cisco 3750x switch and 2 other virtual machines that also have Centos 6.4 installed.

If anyone can drop a suggestion it would be appreaciated.

I have managed to receive mails when triggers activate but the problem is that i receive them 1 per minute and i have tried with escalations and nothing, the thing keeps sending me mails every 1 minute while the trigger is up.

About the inventory, no further advance.
