agent.ping graph
Hi there,
I'm running Zabbix 2.0.6 and i want to create graphs for hosts availability based on the item agent.ping. (maybe i need another item because this is not appropiated for the purpose)
The problem i have is that when the host is down i don't get a 0, i just simple get nothing, so the graphs that i do from this value are a little bit "strange". If you zoom in the graph you can see some gaps when the agent is down and he doesn't print a 1 value, but the gaps are not accurate. Maybe is because he doesn't know that he has to print a 0 value when the host is down so the graph have some missing gaps and 1 value is printed even if the host is down.
In a nutshell, how can i do monthly reports for host/group showing some kind of information about their availability? I've been checking the whole forum and the whole internet but i can't find anything suitable for my case.
