i can't seem to figure out how to respond via email to new (or open) tickets. i can only respond to tickets in the interface. which makes it difficult when i'm in the field.
the notifications come from a noreply address by default

do i need to update that address with a valid one somewhere?
with RT i just respond to the notification email and the submitter gets the response.
