Recovery Operations does not execute remote commands

I want to use an Action to open and close ITSM incidents.

Both Operations and Recovery Operations run remote scripts.

When a trigger is ON, the Operations set in the action is runned correctly.

But, when the problem is resolved, the Recovery Operations is not executed.

I need to know how Recovery Operations works.

Can you run recovery operations script from user zabbix on the Zabbix Server? Also you need to check logs from Zabbix Server.
