The zabbix server must be Linux, there are instructions in the manual or you might be able to use a VM appliance.

Zabbix agent runs on a client computer to gather stats. Sender can be used in scripts to send data so you won't need it to get started. Get is used mostly for testing to get a single value from the agent.

I think it is worth asking what you mean by "Manage all computers information (hardware and software)".

Zabbix can help with inventory, e.g. what OS version you are running, and with some custom work it might also deal with things like what versions of anti-virus are loaded (etc.). But it is not a very complete configuration management tool for windows. It is mostly aimed at managing events -- running out of disk, CPU's too busy, etc. It is also a (mostly) one-way configuration management tool when used that way at all -- a real configuration management tool for windows should also allow you to distribute software, adjust settings, configure user settings and policy,e tc.

Before you head too far down the path, itemize your needs and see if you see it in the zabbix box.
