SourceIP can not work

I have 3 agent, config as below:

Server=192.168.60.100

This ip is a Virtual IP of server eth0.

And in server(also one agent, the ip is 192.168.60.45), config:

SourceIP=192.168.60.100

Two agents connect to server as expected,but the agent on server not:

46135:20180813:193324.314 failed to accept an incoming connection: connection from "192.168.60.45" rejected, allowed hosts: "192.168.60.100"

This make me confused since 2 agents work.

I set SourceIP=192.168.60.45 in agent.conf, still failed
