      Hello,
      Check in your zabbix_trap_receiver.pl file where is trapper file. It must be:
      $SNMPTrapperFile = '/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_traps.log';

        Of course, otherwise trapperfile will not receive the log.

          Do you have any better suggestions about this problem?

            I do not understand the language i see in the image.

            Do you create an item where you store the traps? Of the text type?

            The key seems right to me, it must be of the snmptrap.fallback type

            I hope to be helpful.

            regards

            En Español:

            No entiendo el idioma que se ve en la imagen.

            Usted creo un item donde almacena los traps ? Del tipo texto?

            El key me parece correcto, debe ser del tipo snmptrap.fallback

            Espero sea de ayuda.

            Saludos

              Check in your zabbix_server.log for error messages about traps. Maybe for some reason zabbix discard traps

                The most troublesome problem is that you can hardly see any problems from the log. zabbix_proxy.log

                  In this case I have no idea where the problem is. Why don't you try with snmptt
