Trigger with value same on a period

Hello,

I need your help for to create a trigger.
I would like a check if my new value is the same as the previous on a period of 30 minutes.

I saw that there is this one : Diffrence between last and previous value is = N but it doesn't consider the time.

Can you help me ?

"delta" trigger function seem to do it.
