IT SLA Calculation show 0% when only one child still Triggered

We have an IT SERVICE to calculate SLA INTERNET LINK.

This LINKS IT SERVICE are grouped by Type of Link, Regional Unit, Internet Provider Name, Kind of Link.

The IT SLA calculation shows 0% when only one child is still active.

Each IT service is grouped by: Type of link, Internet Operator and Regional Unit.

As shown in the print below the main service is with 0% SLA when only one child is unavailable.

Is this correct? I did not find the zabbix documentation on SLA calculation.

If I have 1 service with 4 children services and if only one of the children is unavailable, should the SLA be impacted by 25%?

For this issue a open de case https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-15284

    I think it is OK.
Status calculation algorithm Method of calculating service status:
Do not calculate - do not calculate service status
Problem, if at least one child has a problem - problem status, if at least one child service has a problem
Problem, if all children have problems - problem status, if all child services are having problems
Maybe it is worth proposing it as a new thing? But I worked with BMC tools, there was a "cluster" option (it was based on percentages) and no one ever used it. Especially business people want to know if the service works or not. And not whether it works in x% (because what does it mean to work in X%?)
