    SQL2012 Performance Monitoring

    Hi all

I am new to zabbix. We are looking to move away from vRops. We mainly have MS Server 2012 R2 but we do have some Server 2019. Im am loving Zabbix at the moment but im having problems getting zabbix to report on SQL.
I am currently trying this template https://share.zabbix.com/databases/m...zabbix-3-2-3-4 but im only getting some data, with lots of other data stating "Cannot obtain performace data from collector". Am i right in thinking that is is contacting the SQL instances but is not getting any data from them. Is there anything i need to do at the sql end or have i missed something at the template end.

I have followed the instructions on the github page to the letter.
Is there anyone that can help.

I would like to add that i am not a DBA, although i do understand basic sql.

Thankyou in advance for any help

    Elliott

    Hello Elliott,
You can start from scratch an see what available metrics are ready to pick from Windows Performance Counter by running this command:
    Code:
    typeperf -qx
