Zabbix4: Receiving notifications with 'PROBLEM' only

After upgrade to version 4 we are receiving emails with 'PROBLEM' only, the ones with 'OK' are missing. In version 3 everything worked fine.
Do you have any clue, is there any setting to fix it, pls?

Configuration > Actions > [your action] > Recovery operations tab.

As regards to the table of Configuration > Actions, I guess you should add in the future releases new columns for 'Recovery operations' respectively 'Update operations'...
