    vfs.dir.size does not work

    Hello!
    I have the vfs.dir.size item set to [c:\folder1] but it keeps saying "No such file or directory" regardless of syntax being used (e.g. "c:\folder1", 'c:\folder1' etc.)... ???
    OS = Windows Server 2019

    Thank you in advance,
    Michael

    What if vfs.dir.size[C:\\folder1] ? Or vfs.dir.size[C:/folder1] ?

        Does vfs.dir.size[] work with any other folder?

          Seems it doesn't work with any folder - either "No such file or directory" or "Timeout..." (all other items - including vfs.fs.size[c:,pfree] - work fine).

            "Timeout..." seems a good sign here - that directory is being counted but has a lot of files. You can try to set DebugLevel=4 in zabbix_agentd.conf and restart the agent. Later, when problem is solved , you can restore it back to DebugLevel=3.
            Note that in zabbix_agentd.conf by default there is Timeout=3. You can set up to Timeout=30 (seconds).

              I've set Timeout=30 and Debug=30 and restarted the agent - the result: I can see now in the log all my items ("Requested [vfs.fs.size[c:,pfree]] and etc.") but the vfs.dir.size string does not exist in the log! ???

                After ~5-10 minutes the vfs.dir.size item has worked out! Andris, thank you very much for your help!
                Regards,
                Michael
