Default value for trapper where there is no data

Hello,

I would like to ask if there is a way to assign default value to trapper item where monitored host didn't send anything to zabbix server.

In our environment we have a lot of trapper items that only are going to be send when certain event happens. If that event hasn't happened there is no trapper massege comming from zabbix_sender
I would like to see "0" values in graphs when zabbix server does not receive any data. Is it possible to achieve?
