Best way to monitor Wordpress and Joomla websites?

Hello,
I am looking for the best way to Monitor websites ( Mostly Wordpress and Joomla) without the SSH access to the server to install Agent.
I need solution for hostings ( such as hetzner,bluehost..) where you have only ftp but not ssh access.

I know a way to set up items to check if websites are online or not, but I am looking for something with more info.
I want a way to add websites as hosts and have multiple information about them ( are they online, are there any issues, are there any DDoS,brute-force attacks...)

I think this is a common scenario people might want to use Zabbix for, but I can't really find any good info.
Any help is welcome

To add what I am really looking for is either the template or sort of tutorial, guidelines. anything really.

Make some scenarios for your Joomla/Wordpress website.
Add some simplecheck to verify the state of the server port (http, https, ...).
This could be a beginning without installing the agent.
