How to create an application for data overview

I want the IP address be visible in my screens. I created a screen with data overview of my network status. It shows ICMP ping, response time, losses. I want to include IP address of my switches in the data overview. I am using Zabbix 4.2.2 on Centos 7. Is it possible and can any one walk me thru?
