Did you import initial data after creating database and user?

i did, but might have stopped it becouse it took a long time.
      root@raspberrypi:/home/pi# zcat /usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql/create.sql.gz | mysql -uzabbix -p zabbix
      Enter password:

so after i entered password the system dont produse a new line..
will give it more time and see.

Yes, that is confusing that there is no response after entering the password but on slower systems it takes some time. You have to wait till you see new command line. No output will be given after successful import of DB schema.

But since you have interrupted the process, the only way to successfully resume is to drop the DB and create it again. Afterwards wait patiently till the schema is imported successfully.

          • The frontend does not match Zabbix database. Current database version (mandatory/optional): 5000000/5000001. Required mandatory version: 3040000. Contact your system administrator.

I think you have upgraded, but it seems that the software package for the frontend has not been upgraded. Depending on the OS you are using, special settings and environment such as building environment of PHP 7.2 or later may be required, and the package name may have been changed.
Make sure you have the right package for the frontend available for your environment.
        Working...
