I have a task: auto-create tickets in provider helpdesk. For this, I`m should send a formatted e-mail (Contract ID, channel ID etc) for 6 recipients (2 on provider and 4 engineers in our company), but zabbix standard e-mail alerting sends separate 6 e-mails for every recipient and any answer does not seen for all engineers.
When I try set e-mail in format:
[email protected];[email protected];user3@example. com
It does not send.
Anybody have a solution?
