    Alert for create Trouble tickets

    Good day for all!

    I have a task: auto-create tickets in provider helpdesk. For this, I`m should send a formatted e-mail (Contract ID, channel ID etc) for 6 recipients (2 on provider and 4 engineers in our company), but zabbix standard e-mail alerting sends separate 6 e-mails for every recipient and any answer does not seen for all engineers.

    When I try set e-mail in format:
    [email protected];[email protected];user3@example. com
    It does not send.

    Anybody have a solution?

    You can create one user for each e-mail (in user, new media), or create multiple "new media" in only one user.

      Yes, but then provider helpDesk answer "Reply all", this message deliver only to sender e-mail, that`s wrong. All e-mail history for ticket should see provider manager and multiple engineers in our company...

          One more option: you can create (on mail server) "group email" - trouble_tickets@example. com, for example
          and include all recipients in mail group

          then, zabbix can be configured to send email alerts to "group email"
