Trigger Prototype not working

Hi,

I had a trigger prototype that created warning triggers successfully a long time ago. Now I had a request to include a critical alerts with a higher threshold. I cloned the warning prototype and changed threshold and created the trigger prototype. But it is not populating any triggers on the host. I have the discovery interval reduced to 30 Sec. Still its not working. What might be wrong?

I wanted to change nodata(300) into nodata(600) with a Disaster. I tried cloning it and also by updating this existing prototype as well. Nothing is working!

Maybe try removing the template and associating again.

Thank you. I tried it and its not helping. Nothing changed. Neither the clone nor the updated trigger prototypes are creating new triggers.

Hmm... can you send a screenshot of the trigger prototype screen where all trigger prototypes are shown

Unlink and clear will erase history as well right? I do not want to lose any data attached with the items in there.

Thank you for all the help. I eventually realized that the script used for discovery is not working and nor it is throwing any error for the same on the zabbix console.
