Media Type Email timing out

Hey guys,

What can I do to change the timeout period for this Media Type?

I run a Test on it and it shows me the attached message, but I still get the email and I believe it's because of this message that Notifications are not working, so if the test works, but right after it shows that message, why is it not sending emails?

Set the media according to the environment you are using.
Did you set the mail server(SMTP server) to use? Is the mail server configured and started so that mail can be sent by specifying the host localhost?

Everything is configured to use GMail as SMTP, it clearly works because I do get the Test email, but just after that message is shown, which I believe is not letting notifications go out.

Any ideas how can I change this?

Does this mean that Zabbix will not notify you when a failure occurs?
Is the action set and valid?
Did you add email recipients to the action?
Have you set the media and email address for sending email to the media in the user's information?

I have forgotten to enable the action, so I just did, I hope that works.
