A problem with snmptrap v3
Good afternoon, there was a problem with the reception traps v3. Here is what tcpdump produces:
That is, a trap comes to the port. Further, it is neither logged in nor issues any errors with the snmptrapd -f -Lo command.
Net-snmp v5.7.3
Ubuntu v18.04

A test trap arrives at the Zabbix server and logs:
