Why is connection to zabbix_agentd on a Windows Server 2008 VM unstable?

Out of 800 hosts, only this VM is collecting data from time to time, it is a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, and it has Zabbix Agentd 4.0.5. I saw in Latest Data that there is data collected from a few hours ago, but the entire collection is thus cut off.

There is a firewall in the middle of the way with the rule released, but running iptraf on it, I saw that TCP connections are only in the 'S ---' flag

    Our Zabbix Server is 4.0.16.

VMWare 6.7.0.2000 and the only alert it shows on the VM is that you must update the vmware tools. But my boss is afraid to update because vm is the callhome.

Check both the server and agent logs.

Are you using passive or active items? If passive, try testing with zabbix_get from server (or proxy if used) to agent.

There is nothing in the Agent logs, and in the Zerver logs only that the timeout has exceeded and the host has been unavailable, this is filming the log server's logs. I also checked the Windows Server firewall and it is disabled. I checked that zabbix_agentd is listening on port 10050 with the netstat command. I think that it may be the outdated vmware tools, but my boss is afraid to let me update it because it is the callhome of the dell emc server in India that, if there is a problem, the support will be very expensive. I am almost abandoning this task.

What is the zabbix server timeout value? I think the default is 3 seconds, you might try increasing that.
