Monitoring connection from Zabbix Agent to external server

Hello all, I am new to Zabbix and I have a problem like below :

I have installed an Zabbix Server, let's call it Server A
A Window Server 2016 PC, which have installed Zabbix Agent, we call it Agent B
An external server, which we cant install or do anything about it, named Server C.
Server A can connect and monitor Agent B as usual, but cannot connect to server C.
Agent B is running an app which establish a TCP connection to server C through a specific port.

The question is : Can I monitor the connection from Agent B to server C using simple check like "net.tcp.service" ?
If not, are there any possible solution ?

Sorry for my bad English but thank you all for your concern and hope you all are well and healthy during these unsettling times.

Are you able (i.e. allowed to) to install a Zabbix Proxy on Server B (maybe inside a Hyper-V Virtual Machine, possibly based on Zabbix Appliance)?

What is the problem with using the standard net.tcp.service[service,<ip>,<port>] (or net.tcp.service.perf) in your case??
          Try net. tcp. service[tcp,<server_c_ip>,<server_c_tcpport>]

There are simple check key net.tcp.service and agent check with the same key. In this case, you need an agent check.

Thanks everyone for help I am nearly done for my monitoring server.
But now I have a question is : "Does net.tcp.service is a telnet check ?"
Because I have a huge amount of host and I really dont want it to telnet to my server at the same time.

So basically it will create a connection session to my server. Will it closed immediately after success check or it will stay there forever ?

Perhaps you should study the operation of this TCP/IP protocols in more detail?
