    Macros and Maps

    Hi,

i had searched the forum for a while, but nothing found what helpfully.

I tried to use this key for my map:
    PHP Code:
    {Fritzbox:fritzbox.sh["down","192.168.1.1"]}
I think the problem is the "," - i'm not sure that i can use the key as is in the map.
I've tried to escape the function, but i'm failed.

    Ok here are my question:
How can i use the key in maps as a label and when this not possible (what i think because there is a ,) - is there another way to put the information on the map?

    Thanks for help
    Tom

Here is a good guide to what you are generally doing, Maps >> Icons >> Labels
Learn how to create interactive Zabbix network maps that can show link traffic utilization and change the color of the link if there are some problems.

If you go to latest data for that host you should see the keys you can use. It's laid out in the link above.

Here is an example of an external script. It's in python not php, but it might give you an idea of how to use an external script? https://www.zabbix.com/forum/zabbix-...ng-with-zabbix

        https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ation/maps/map
Label that will be rendered on top of the link.
The {host:key.func(param)} macro is supported in this field, but only with avg, last, min and max trigger functions, with seconds as parameter.
        P.S.
before searching the forum, read the documentation
