Automatically disable and enable dependent hosts

Helllo,
in zabbix 4.0 how to automatically disable and enable dependent hosts on network switch during flapping network issues. To avoid alert from the host triggers for dependent issues.

You don't need to fully disable the hosts, you just need to set up dependencies between the triggers on your hosts and the trigger for the network device(s).
