How to set the alert based on trend. (not forecasting)

Hello Community , I need your help !

How to set the alert in Zabbix based on trend and not hard coding "warning" and "Critical" threshold value.

    For eg.
Lets say monitoring logins and trends.

Here i can push the data to Zabbix for populating the item/chart and further i want to do following
    1) alert if the logins are 10% less in last x minutes.
    2) alert if logins are more than 30% in last x minutes.

Note: I am not looking for forecasting, i want to set this on historical data may be last 5, 10,30 mins .

is this possible to achieve using Zabbix.

    Thank you

Use timeshift option of some trigger functions like
    blabla.avg(60,300) > blabla.avg(60)

Thank you Hamardan for your reply.

i am testing this on one database to see if this works. Following below steps can you please confirm if this is right.

      1) added trigger (Template xxx -> add Trigger -> Expression -> Edit
      2) added

i have added comments on "zabbix_2" image, let me know if the assumptions are right.

Please refer to below attachments for reference

I meant something else - using a formula in a trigger expression that contains multiple accesses to data elements.
One with current data , the other with time-shifted data.
