finding which item uses a value mapping

    Hi all,
I recently got the job of maintaining a Zabbix 4.0.21 instance running on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. (Soon to be upgraded to 20.04LTS, not that it matters.)
Browsing through the configuration, I came across two Value Mappings for the same purpose, both sporting "yes" in the "Used in items" column.
Obviously I would like to consolidate the two.
But for that I need to know in which items each of them is used.
Any idea how I might find that out, ideally without opening every item of every host individually and looking at its "Show value" setting?

Use the API to get all items and list those that have a non-blank valuemapid. https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...em/object#item

If templateid is non blank, the host item came from that remplate.

You can also get the value map by id for details https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ject#value_map

Thanks. I had a quick look and that doesn't look like something that can be done between two troubletickets. I'll have to see when I can find the time for a bit of coding.
I didn't expect it to be so difficult. Perhaps I should just leave those two value mappings alone and create a third one for my own use.
