Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer

HI everyone,

I 'm new on Zabbix 5.0, I first to try is monitoring a window server for passive mode with 10050 port,
However, after installing the agent, it shows on the dashboard " Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer"

I try to find the fix on the internet but seem none of them help .
Does anyone even have the same problem and fixed finally.

Check whether the agent is running and whether it is correctly configured to work with the network ( whether the port on the ip address listens) and whether the firewall allows such connections.
