Illustrate the state of the binary state job (1 or 0 only)

I'm trying to make my life easier by using zabbix to monitor the backup job status. zabbix_sender is used to send only two values 0 (ok) and 1 (error). And it works.
Now I'd like to have clear graph to show me the state of the backup job. What is the best way in Zabbix to show state of this kind of job?

It would be ok to see this on the timeline, but than it also be nice to draw green line for success and red for failure. Is it possible? I'm using only one item currently.

You can make two derived items (calculated or dependent) that will accumulate different values of the main items.
