icmpping discovery finds nothing but http does?

When i make a discovery rule with ICMP ping, zabbix doesn't find any hosts. But if i try it on the same network with http(standard port), he finds all of them. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

I use zabbix 2.4
The devices i try to find are on a different location, maybe that has something to do with it?
I get no error. He just doesn't find them.

I am new to zabbix but finding that my discovery is not working as well. I believe in my case it is related to the fping somehow not working. I get "not supported" under the status of all of my host items for the items that come from the ICMP Template. You might check yours to see if your template items are also saying "not supported". I just posted a query on this problem that I have but for now am still troubleshooting.
