Zabbix 5.0 + Pagerduty

Hi All

Wondering if anyone has this working? Was there anything specific you had to do?

I have followed the guide https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/...edia/pagerduty, but cannot get alerts to go our via PagerDuty.

Keen to see if anyone can give some advice as I am not even seeing anything in the logs and unsure how to test properly?

In the end used the guide on the pagerDuty to use their Agent.

The procedure in the document worked for me. Just make sure to restart Zabbix server after mediatype and user configuration on zabbix.

Also it is helpful to test connectivity by using the test functionality of media type. You need to replace all parameters with dummy values.

Another thing that is useful to do during testing, is the edit the script in media type and change the Zabbix.log level to 3 for 'Sending request' and 'Receiving response' messages.

Hello Everone,
I am trying to integrate zabbix 5.2 to Pagerduty. I am following the below document. I am no able receive alerts to pagerduty.

There is an Inbuilt Media type for pagerduty for 5.2 version. So I haven't created a global macro for zabbix url.

Below is the screenshot for my media type I have used ..can someone validate my config

Able to integrate PD with zabbix 5.0

I followed that guide and was successful in both 5.0 and 5.2 zabbix versions. What caught me out thought is you have to make sure that your usergroup has at least read permission to the hostgroup you want to alert on.
What is your Monitoring/Problems showing if you filter for a host that has a trigger and you are supposed to receive alert?
