Zabbix monitoring docker

Hello,
I needs to monitor container docker in the swarm, docker template works with agent 2, but as the container moves to the other host change name, add unique tag to name. Zabbix alerts that container does not exist.
How can I monitor a container that changes name dynamically.

This concept is old and repetitive but Docker containers are ephemeral, they "short" live, they "fastly" die, and simply do not exist anymore peridot. My advice to you is to concentrate container data in a hybrid prometheus+lld vs Zabbix monitoring for the service, not for the container.

When I work with Docker/Kubernetes I always keep in mind that a container is not a host.
