array_combine() Error when Creating a Host

Hello,

Unsure if this is causing an issue in the background, I have setup a new Zabbix installation on CentOS 6.6 when I go to create a new host I have the following message along the bottom;

array_combine(): Both parameters should have at least 1 element [hosts.php:794 → CView->render() → include() → array_combine() in /usr/share/zabbix/include/views/configuration.host.edit.php:201]

Any ideas, have I missed something during the install, I have installed Zabbix a few times now but never seen this.

I am getting the exact same issue and error code on CentOS 6.6.

I built from source. I manually found the missing libraries on ./configure errors.

Let me know if you ended up finding anything.
