URGENT Please , I can not create a new Item even if the OID is right

I'm trying to create some items in order to monitor Polycom hosts. while using the snmpwalk command , i get the Value as shown in the picture joined , but while creating the item with the same OID in the command , i get the error unsupported OID.

Could someone help me please ? it's very Urgent

I dont know, but see/use ZBX to same folder where are MIB library the snmpwalk?

You are using the wrong OID that snmpwalk displayed to you. Run the snmpwalk with the "-Ona " option. snmpwalk runs down the entire tree from the specified root.
