Discovery receiving hosts that shouldn't been received.

    Team,
    I'm new to Zabbix.
I'm monitoring our network with Discovery Rules and Discovery Actions to autopopulate different hosts. We've got several POPs and for each POP we are having 3 different IP Blocks for Core Management, Loopbacks and Access Management. On the Discovery Rules I've set to bring two values by SNMP, one is the Hostname and the other is the 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 which is a Brand/Model string. This value will bring:
    • for Cisco equipment iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "Cisco IOS Software, ME...
    • for Juniper equipment iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "Juniper Networks, Inc. m...
    • for Accedian Metronid iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "AMN-1000-TE"
    • for Datacom DM2301 iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "ETH20GT+4GC+L3"
    • for Datacom DM4100 iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "ETH24GX+4XX+L3"
    • for Mikrotik Routers iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "RouterOS"
With the actions I'm creating the host using the correct template for each Brand.
The discovery Actions are differentiated by each POP in order to have all the IP Blocks (Mgnt, Loopback and access) and don't have any duplicated host. As those are Core IPs I've created the Discovery Action for each POP.
I'm also adding the CPEs of some services to the monitoring system and those CPEs are managed from some of the previously founded equipment. I've set the /24 for each POP where I've got the Managenmt IPs for these CPEs but I've found a strange behaviour. As it's a different Discovery Rule than the first mentioned I was assuming that some equipment may duplicate, I've just disabled these equipment and supposed that would been fine. However, when checking I've seen that for some /30 CPE management networks I'm receiving the network IP, Host's IP and Broadcast IP for the same equipment (on the image below you may see Network IP, First Host IP -Default Gateway- and Broadcast IP assing to my network Device and Second Host IP assigned to the CPE).

On the other hand, as mentioned I'm performing the OID check in order to assign to each template, however when none of those apply Generic Template should apply. Unfortunately this Discovery Check is not working properly as I'm receiving for a Juniper MX the following message on the logs:
11169:20200929:210752.645 cannot link template(s) "IGN - Core - Device - Generic - SNMP" to host "SAO3-LER1_4": conflicting item key "icmpping" found

This Device has already been assigned to a Juniper Template. Please find below the Discovery Action related to double check if OID has the proper value.

Can anyone give me a hint on how to resolve these two issues?

    Thanks in advance.
