Zabbix 3.4 : can't hide template items from zabbix users (ex. guest)

Hello,
I create a new Template (T1) in Hostgroup (HG1) which the Template has two items.
Also, I have a host (H1) that link to many templates including my new template (T1)
What I need is to create a new supervisor user who can't see the items related to the template (T1) ?

I created a user group (UG1) with Deny access to this Hostgroup (HG1) and assigned my user to this (UG1).

In the latest.php view, I can't see the (HG1) in the filter panel but when I select the Host I can see the items from Template (T1) that should be hidden from this user!

I am not sure but I guess this is how it works :
Since the host can be seen, anything applied to the host will also be visible. But if the user wants to make changes to items which are in template which the user is denied access to, the user will not be able to see that template or make any changes or apply that template to other hosts.
I don't think there is restriction to what items a user can see on host and what items a user cannot. We can hide the host but items I don't think. I will try it out and will update.
