No CPU or Memory readings are being captured

Everything was working perfectly until we had a PM on our servers this past weekend. After that we received hundreds of alerts from Zabbix (version 5.0.3) then no captures of CPU or memory data from any devices. Will this take an agent upgrade or something?

As I understand you have some issues with Preprocessing "Preprocessing failed for: " please check incoming data without preprocessing.
Maybe you don't receive "on host "SRVR01" failed: first network error" anything and preprocessing don't have anything to work with.

Well, nothing really changed? The data was there just last week... it was only when the server patches were complete this broken. What preprocessing are you talking about?

Only one problem... When I go to All Hosts-> Zabbix Server there is no preprocessing option under the Item option....
